This is exactly what I was looking for! A real dentist! There was nothing pushy or offsetting involved with my visit. Doctor Richard does his job the only way that I see fit for a professional...with the needs of the patient at the forefront! As for the rest of the staff, they were beyond reproach! If I could rate this place 10 stars with a platinum plus, it would be done! After my last experience with a very pushy dentist I was ready to believe that the whole profession of dentistry had taken a dive, but alas, Doctor Richard reestablished my hope in the fact that there are people out there who do their jobs not just for the money, but because they genuinely care about what they do. To the whole team: thank you for being real kind hearted individuals and helping me rebuild my faith in humanity! I cannot thank you enough!

I've been coming to Dr. Baldwin's office for 20 years and they are the best. Dr. always explains everything during your visit and they are very reasonable. They are all so friendly and I love catching up during my visits.

Dr.Baldwin, the dental hygienist, Martha and the lovely front desk woman Linda. They are all a fabulous trio. Always friendly smiling faces when I walk in, great Customer service. I have no complaints, Just compliments, I've been going there for almost 20 years now. So if you're wondering where to go, get your teeth taken care of, I suggest Doctor Baldwin's office. Fantastic experience! Very kind and gentle. Just good old fashioned dentistry. They don't try and upsell you on anything or make you feel bad if you don't brush or floss enough, which I appreciate. I sending my daughter here next!

The Dentist and Hygienist actually care about your well being and they take the time to ask you questions and let you ask them questions. They have helped me with Emergency Dental work in the past and made time to see me and fix me and charged me a fair price.

What a great experience!!!. From the time you enter the office and meet with Linda to sitting down and meeting with Dr. Baldwin. I should have made the change of dentists YEARS ago. He's the kind of dentist who REALLY cares about you and your dental problems. Others only care about getting you in to just get the work done and charge you an exorbitant amount of money. I am so thrilled to have found Dr. Baldwin. You will be too.

I picked him out of a list of 300 Dentists in my network within 5 miles of my home. I knew he has been in same location for 30+ years. Linda, the Office Mgr took my call at 5:05PM, was most helpful with insurance, and scheduled me for next day extraction of a major painful toothache. I was promptly seen when I arrived a filled out new patient forms. Dr. Baldwin had the best patient skills I could imagine. Took an X-ray, reviewed my insurance options available, and fully discussed with me options, possible outcomes, and costs. Treatment skills were top-notch – knew how to completely numb the tooth for extraction, and how to minimize initial injection pain. Carefully reviewed my medicals for appropriate antibiotic and post-op pain killer. Was thoroughly pleased with the visit after feeling very high anxiety about going to a new dentist.
